I studied at the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design and live and work in Vienna. In my artistic practice, I explore and question established structures, patterns, and ways of seeing. I am interested in taking things apart, looking at their individual fragments, and bringing them together in ways that can open up new perspectives and connections.
A collage-based approach runs through my work, from image and text to object, installation and performance. I work with found materials, information and narratives, paying close attention to the contexts they emerge from and the meanings they carry. By shifting, recontextualising, and transforming them, I explore how meaning can change and new associations can emerge.
My work develops through research, collecting and artistic experimentation, as well as through collaboration and exchange. I value the tension between ambiguity and possibility and the sense of curiosity and momentum that can emerge from it.
